Baby Sign Language Classes

Little Hands...Make Big Words offers a variety of classes using basic American Sign Language (ASL) vocabulary. Classes range from "mommy and me" style group classes to private classes. Continuing Education Workshops are available for professionals and free presentations are offered for groups such as playgroups or support groups.

Owner Kim Fries is a licensed Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist who has worked exclusively with children and families. She is also the Southeast Region Associate Director of the Signing Time Academy. She is married with 2 boys, one with an Autism Spectrum diagnosis. She signed with both her children and both signed before they spoke.

Working with children and enabling them to communicate is Kim's passion. She is involved with local Down Syndrome and Autism agencies and notes that ASL has proven to be an invaluable tool in working with children in therapy.
